Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.

Position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities:
(a) Operations Leadership
- Lead the overall customer service, logistics, and order management functions to support Malaysia domestic business (MT, GT) and export markets across ASEAN, UAE, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Australia.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure timely, accurate order processing, shipment scheduling, and delivery.
- Oversee inbound, outbound, and drop shipment activities, including carrier selection and performance monitoring, to achieve cost-effective and reliable logistics operations.
(b) Strategic Planning & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with international trade, customs, and regulatory requirements, including HS code declaration and MOH documentation.
- Manage and optimize logistics cost, freight spend, and related financial reporting in alignment with company budget and audit standards.
- Oversee the renewal and compliance of required licenses (LKIM, MICCI, SOLAS) and ensure readiness for annual audits.
(c) Customer Relationship & Service Excellence
- Act as escalation point for key customer issues and drive prompt resolution to maintain high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor service performance metrics (CFR, OTIF, order accuracy, satisfaction scores) and implement improvement plans to enhance service delivery.
- Foster effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external logistics partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
(d) Cross-functional Collaboration & Projects
- Partner with Supply Planning, Commercial, and Finance teams to align logistics operations with sales and fiscal timelines.
- Participate in new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring operational readiness, stock availability, and on-time market launches.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and strengthen supply chain performance.
- freight expenses reports to the finance team, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reconciliation of logistics cost.
- Responsible for coordinating and supporting the yearly audit process.
- Responsible for handling ad hoc requests as and when required.
