As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in Mandarin.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
Skills and Qualifications
