We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the Customer Service position in our Cyberjaya location. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to kick-start their careers in customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support and assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in Mandarin.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in relevant fields is preferred.
