Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat in Mandarin and English
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English
- Prior experience in customer service / call center / support role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BPO / shared services environment
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
