Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat in Mandarin and English
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English
  • Prior experience in customer service / call center / support role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BPO / shared services environment
  • Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
