Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer enquiries over the phone call (Inbound only), email, live chat, WhatsApp
  • Making appointments and scheduling accordingly
  • Records & answer to customer inquiries
  • Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Working timing

  • Max 5.5 Working days (including weekends)

Job Requirements

  • Available to join immediately
  • Must able to communicate in English & Mandarin fluently
  • Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
  • Must posses at least Diploma and above
