We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service representative who is a native Japanese speaker to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our Japanese-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer service management system.
- Assist in the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Native Japanese speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-Japanese speaking team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred, but freshers/entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
