Role: Customer Service Representative / Customer Support

️ Language: Native Taiwanese/Mandarin + English

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, chat and email

• Provide professional and accurate customer support

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required

• Maintain accurate customer records

• Achieve service quality and KPI targets

• Support customers in a professional and customer-focused manner

Requirements

Native Taiwanese/Mandarin proficiency

Good English communication skills

Customer Service / BPO experience preferred

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia

Spouse Visa / PR Visa holders are welcome

Willing to work on rotational shifts

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Work Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
