Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote a comprehensive suite of banking products and services (deposits, financing, wealth management, etc.).

  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, conduct financial profiling, and recommend tailored banking solutions.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and monthly sales performance metrics.

  • Relationship & Pipeline Management: Nurture client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business while accurately updating sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Customer Excellence: Handle customer objections, inquiries, and complaints professionally, collaborating with Quality Assurance and sales admin teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.

  • experienced in telesales, outbound contact centres, or similar target-driven sales roles.

  • Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly resilient with the ability to handle rejection gracefully in a busy environment.

  • A ambitious who works well independently and as part of a cooperative team.
