We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service in banking or financial institution industry, with a passion for providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via email.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in Zendesk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. (Zendesk)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Amenable to work on a 6 days a week.
