We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a proven track record in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack or CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work on 6 days a week.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Mandarin speaker is a plus
