Job Description

  • Verify customer goods return data in the Goods Return Management System.
  • Arrange for Requisition of Goods Replacement for Marketing department.
  • Coordinate Goods Repair with Marketing and Purchasing departments for spare parts.
  • Follow-up on pending Credit Notes (CN) with Marketing and Accounting departments.
  • Prepare customer goods return claim report for QC to submit for warranty claim.
  • Arrange for sticker printing and keep stock of Finished Goods (FG) after CN is processed.
  • Submit scrap form for FG that is no longer under warranty or cannot be claimed from supplier.
  • Coordinate spare parts with QC/ Purchasing departments.
  • Follow-up, update, and monitor CSD spare parts stock list.
  • Assist with quarterly stock count report.
  • Prepare 8D reports for defective LED lanterns at TNB installation site.
  • Monitor CSD stock consumption using the AX system.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in any related field.
  • 1 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Is knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
