About the team The CapCut and Jianying-Security and Compliance department is responsible for the safety and privacy of all global products, including but not limited to privacy security, youth safety, end-to-end security and ecology of AIGC, content safety, risk control security, departmental compliance processes, crisis response, regional legal compliance, information security, social responsibility, and more. The team closely collaborates with various central departments of the company to ensure the smooth development of products. The team primarily consists of Product and Operations who are based across Beijing, Shenzhen, and San Jose. The work environment offers high flexibility and abundant opportunities for growth. Responsibilities - Undertake responsibility for the deliverables of the outsourced service team, and collaborate with business requirements and supplier operation management - Collaboration with internal stakeholders for any business requirement changes and build the delivery system for the outsourced workplace. Conduct daily operation work around quality management, personnel management, on-site management, and efficiency management to ensure the achievement of business indicators and compliant operation in the outsourced workplace - Use means such as data analysis and industry comparative analysis to accurately identify the opportunity in supplier management. Formulate and implement improvement paths and goals, and collaborate with relevant departments to drive the high-quality achievement of goals and meet business needs - Develop outsourced employment solutions according to the actual business situation. Drive continuous optimization of the delivery quality and efficiency of suppliers through scientific and effective operation methods. Tailor specific improvement plans for low-performing suppliers and follow up on the implementation results - Maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers. Regularly align requirements and gaps to efficiently resolve conflicts and differences in cooperation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - A bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in outsourced team management and quality management. - Have good communication and logical thinking skills, strong data analysis and judgment capabilities, and excellent resource coordination and cross - departmental communication skills - Regular regional travel is expected to maintain partner relationships and oversee site operations - Result - oriented, with excellent self - discipline, rapid learning ability, professionalism, and teamwork spirit. Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, and be able to handle daily affairs in a timely manner Preferred Qualification(s): - Excellent strategic planning capabilities. Be proficient in designing outsourced employment solutions and have the full - process operational ability to promote the implementation of these solutions - Be proficient in using observational and result - based indicators for data interpretation, and be capable of taking effective management actions promptly based on data - Overseas business experience is preferred.
