Purpose of this position / Position summary :-
The person is working alongside the Commercial, Warehouse, Logistic and Cut, Edge & Fit team in managing and processing daily orders from customers. He/She must ensure the order is fulfilled and support in CEF processes. He/she must be service-oriented and be able to perform under pressure. He/She also works closely with team leaders and identify the areas of improvement hence propose, plan and execute the improvement plan.
Primary duties and responsibilities :-
- Customer Service Support,
- Provide efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet service quality and timely delivery of products to customers
- Unpacking orders received from optical stores
- Assist Customer Service Team Lead in assigned and agreed process.
- Identify areas of improvement and work with team members for proposing, planning and execution.
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
- Process customer orders that are placed by phone, email, fax or collections
- Assisting customer effectively by solving disputes
- Provide customers with additional information or explain services
- Check jobs inquired and update customers on their status
- Work closely with the sales team in meeting customers requirements
- Input data for delivery orders (eg. Replacement/Complimentary/Bonus goods)
- Sort and file returned delivery orders
- Complete other necessary paperwork and data entry as required
- Any other duties as and when assigned
