About the Job

This role is handling customer service, order processing, invoicing, shipment coordination, and issue resolution. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and on time delivery.

This role will support US-based customers while follow local Malaysia working hours.

Working location: Kulai, Johor

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders, order processing, and invoicing
  • Ensure accuracy of purchase orders (pricing, quantities, delivery details)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support planning and timely delivery
  • Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage ad-hoc requests such as urgent orders or delivery changes
  • Provide professional customer support via phone and email
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service/sales support/order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Customer-focused with a strong service mindset
  • Experience in the semiconductor/manufacturing working environment is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to deliver strong after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Good English communication skills to support US accounts (Malaysia working hours).
