What you'll do

  • Portfolio Management: Establish and maintain the CS department's project roadmap, providing centralized tracking, prioritization, and resource coordination for all ongoing initiatives.
  • Project Execution & Delivery: Lead or support the delivery of key projects, including creating project plans, setting milestones, managing risks, and ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the key liaison between the CS department and other teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance), ensuring clear communication, aligned goals, and removing collaboration blockers.
  • Communication & Reporting: Regularly prepare and present clear project status reports to CS Directors and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and key decision points.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the CS department's internal project management processes, templates, and tools to enhance overall execution efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analysis and reporting to measure project outcomes and provide insights for future investment decisions.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations. Experience in fintech, crypto, or technical customer support is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Notion).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences (from frontline agents to executives).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with impeccable attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.
  • High sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
  • Direct experience with customer support platform migration or optimization projects (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Understanding of customer service workflows and regulatory requirements (e.g., MiCA) in a crypto exchange.
  • Basic data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker).
