Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johor, Medini 9 for a Customer Service Quality Analyst (Mandarin/Cantonese). The primary responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer service interactions to ensure standards are met. The role involves analyzing customer satisfaction data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with customer service teams to enhance overall support quality. This position also requires developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • English proficiency B2 CEFR level or higher (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (verbal communication required)
  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Quality Assurance experience on papers
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data insights effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to provide feedback and collaborate with teams
  • Attention to detail and the ability to assess service quality against standardized benchmarks
