As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in shaping the renovation experience for homeowners while gaining hands-on exposure to on-site operations. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and manage our client accounts.
- Provide quality service to our clients by resolving requests and giving prompt updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Understand the interior renovation process, property investment, and how different teams collaborate to deliver a project.
- Be involved in unit inspections and handovers of completed units to homeowners.
- Support the Client Relations team in logging and tracking owner queries, key collections, defect reports, and renovation updates.
- Oversee renovation timelines to support timely preparation of key documents, such as permit applications, defect reports, or handover papers.
- Maintain filing systems, key storage, and documentation related to project operations.
- Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Who You Are:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluency in both English and Malay
- Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Team player, able to work and support in a team setting
- Have strong interest in real estate, administration and client servicing
