We are looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our internship program.
Internship period: 5-6 months (Preferred 6-month internship duration)

Job Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing interactions and ensuring their service needs are met.
- Schedule and oversee service work in the department, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Create, update, and finalize repair orders, collaborating with parts and workshop teams for efficient preplanning and execution.
- Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on repair progress, estimated costs, and timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization of services, including obtaining signed quotations and preparing invoices for customer review.
- Supervise subcontracted jobs and ensure alignment with service standards.
- Advise customers on warranties, goodwill actions, and any ongoing service campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in the GDS system and prepare customer reports as needed.
- Support operational efficiency through effective work-in-progress (WIP) management and adherence to company policies.
- Continuously improve technical and product knowledge through training to provide exceptional service and support.
Functional Tasks
Customer Interaction and Appointment Management
- Schedule customer appointments and perform preliminary vehicle diagnosis.
- Obtain customer approval (signed quotations) and provide estimated repair costs and pick-up times.
Repair Order Processing
- Finalize repair orders using VST and distribute to the workshop with necessary documentation.
- Submit repair orders to the parts team for pre-planning and ordering.
Communication and Updates
- Provide twice-daily updates to customers on repair progress and issues.
- Maintain communication between mechanics/foremen and customers.
Invoice and Delivery Management
- Finalize repair orders after completion and ensure invoices are ready for customer explanation upon pick-up.
- Advise customers on campaigns, warranties, or goodwill actions.
Workshop Operations
- Collaborate with the workshop supervisor to manage Work in Progress (WIP) and pre-plan jobs for technicians.
Knowledge and Skill Development
- Enhance truck technical and product knowledge through training and online modules.
