Job Title: Customer Service Support (Mandarin/ Cantonese)- Social media

Company: Teleperformance

Location: Penang

Language Requirement: Mandarin (Native)

Salary: Up to RM 4,500 (including language allowance)

Start Date: October & November

Shift: Rotational 24/7 (5 days on, 2 days off)

Experience/Industry Preference: Hotel Management, Education, Banking

Job Summary

Provide customer service support for SG Reservation clients, assisting with inquiries and reservations in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with reservations, bookings, and related queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Escalate and resolve issues as needed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
