Job Summary
Provide customer service support for SG Reservation clients, assisting with inquiries and reservations in Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with reservations, bookings, and related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Escalate and resolve issues as needed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
