Job Description

  1. Provide 24/7 one-stop customer service via inbound channels.
  2. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, offering appropriate solutions with empathy and professionalism.
  3. Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Take ownership of each interaction, going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  5. Perform banking transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with procedures and guidelines.
  6. Ensure first-call resolution or timely follow-up and escalation where necessary.
  7. Maintain high levels of customer focus, integrity, and confidentiality.
  8. Achieve individual and team Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Objectives (KPOs).
  9. Adhere strictly to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements with zero tolerance for fraud.
  10. Execute administrative tasks with precision and zero defects.
  11. Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to resolve customer issues.
