Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account-related issues, and service support.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLA) and quality standards are met.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
