We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative who can contribute to a world class Hassel-free service to customer within a fast-paced and environment, driving improvements across Essentra's major Customer Service-related metrics, namely NPS, time-to-serve and best level of customer experience during interaction.
Job Description
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and calls, and provide timely responses.
- Manage customer orders, shipments, delivery schedules (ETA), and follow up with customers accordingly.
- Coordinate export and logistics activities, including liaising with overseas offices, freight forwarders, couriers (FedEx/DHL), and customs clearance requirements.
- Support sales activities by assisting with sales data, customer records, indoor sales coverage, and sample/catalogue requests.
- Maintain accurate records in systems and shared drives, including customer data, invoices, vendor registrations, and CRM (D365).
- Handle customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, participate in meetings, and support ad-hoc projects as required.
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline with minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service with at least 1 year order processing job scope
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, agile, willing to go the extra mile with a can-do attitude.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in OEM, Export and Import market is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365 CE, and CRM system
