Jobscope:
Handle Voice Operation and also chats and email.
Working Days/Hours: 5 days work and 2 days off per week.
7AM-2AM Rotational Shift (Multiple shift timing)
9 hours per shift (including 1 hour break)
Requirements:
•B2 English
•Fluent in reading and typing in Japanese and English, Natives & Non Natives(jlpt) are welcome
•minimum 6 months BPO CS experience
•ONLY open to local Malaysia
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat ,email and call, providing product information and guidance as needed
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or personnel
Record and document customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Follow up on customer interactions when necessary
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Meet chat quotas and quality standards set by the organization
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and customer service policies
