Profile
A Successful Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preffered. Candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in English and Japanese (min JLPT N2)
- Proven ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on member satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar systems is a plus.
