Position: Customer Support Executive – Korean Speaker
Location: Malaysia (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat in Korean and English.
Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance processes and overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Korean and English (spoken & written).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO roles is an advantage.
Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to remain professional under pressure.
Fresh graduates with strong Korean language skills are encouraged to apply!
