About The Role

One of our clients is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join the team and handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via WhatsApp with inquiries or complaints. You’ll follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to provide effective solutions, troubleshooting assistance, and useful information to ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer complaints and inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow SOPs to address issues effectively and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Offer troubleshooting guidance and useful information to assist customers.
  • Record all customer details and complaints in Google Sheets for accurate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
  • Identify common customer pain points and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain a high standard of empathy, patience, and active listening in all interactions.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to communicate with empathy.
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet while following structured guidelines.
  • Familiar with Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
