About This Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across the
APAC, AU, and US regions, handling inquiries related to transactions, profiles, and our products and services. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences by resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule
- Work Days: 5 days per week, with 2 days off. Rotational shift hours between 8am-10pm.
- Public Holidays: Work may be required on public holidays; compensation will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, tickets, and social media.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Meet assigned KPIs and service standards.
- Stay updated on products, services, and internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve customer experience.
Position Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- Fluent in English, Malay, and other languages.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Freshdesk, Outlook, or similar platforms is an advantage.
