As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our global Brand Partners and customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, helpful, and memorable.

What You'll Do
You'll be at the center of the customer experience, providing timely, thoughtful support across multiple channels:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Serve as a trusted resource for product, order, and account inquiries
- Identify root causes and confidently resolve customer concerns
- Process orders, updates, and transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers feel supported
- Escalate complex cases appropriately while owning the customer experience
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written & spoken)
- Experience in customer service, contact center, or client support roles
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly across cultures
- A natural problem-solver who stays calm and resourceful under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive, team-first attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience in direct sales or network marketing is a plus
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Training Schedule
- First 4 weeks: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
