Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat in Mandarin and English.
Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO roles is an advantage.
Strong customer orientation and ability to handle pressure professionally.
Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin language skills are welcome to apply!
