Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, proactive, and able to handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by following up on cases promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Familiarity with digital payment, fintech, or e-wallet solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
