Job Title:Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking)

Location:Work from Home (First 6 months) Relocate to Johor, Malaysia after 6 months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicatedMandarin-speaking Customer Service Representativeto join our team at Teleperformance Malaysia. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries throughcalls, emails, and chats, providing excellent support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
  • Record and update customer information in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency inMandarin(both written and spoken).
  • Good command ofEnglishfor internal communication.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.
  • Willingness towork from home for the first 6 monthsandrelocate to Johorthereafter.
  • Open to working onrotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience incustomer service, call center, or related fieldis an advantage.
