We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Iskander Puteri location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

📍 Location: Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia

🕐 Working Hours: Rotational 24x7 shifts

📅 Working Days: 6 days/week

💼 Employment Type: Permanent

💰 Salary Package:

• RM 2100 (Basic)

• RM 300 (Shift Allowance)

• RM 400 (KPI Bonus)

Total: RM 2800/month
