YOUR ROLE
- Provide high-quality customer support to Mandarin-speaking customers
- Handle customer enquiries through Voice and/or Non-Voice channels
- Support customers via Phone, Chat, and Email
- Communicate professionally in Mandarin and English
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese, both spoken and written
- Good communication skills in English
- Candidates with Customer Service, Customer Support, BPO, Contact Centre, or Call Centre experience are preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin communication skills are also welcome to apply
