Operating hour : Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m.
Salary : Basic RM 3,500 + Language allowance RM 300

Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) Cantonese Speaking to support an established insurance client. This role primarily involves handling customer inquiries via written channels (email, chat, and back-end processing), ensuring accurate and timely resolution while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:
Language:
Fluent in Cantonese (read & write) – mandatory
Good command of English
Education & Experience:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Customer service or internship experience is an added advantage
Skills:
Strong written communication skills
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Other Requirements:
Willing to work on-site in George Town, Penang
Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and internal systems (non-voice channels)
Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, claims, and account-related matters
Process customer requests, updates, and documentation with high attention to detail
Ensure all responses meet quality, compliance, and SLA requirements
Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently
Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions in the system
