- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
