Job Description

  1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY :
  • Order relatedGood communication with sales team /Customers to make sure orders are received correctly .
  • Work as Oracle OM user to accurately and timely issue SO in Oracle system and follow up the production schedule with local supporting dept to fulfill customer demand.
  • For local produce items , work closely with logistic team to arrange shipment and fix any issue if accured. Handle in-land logistic including all affairs in the port such as customs clearance, and transportation to warehouse and to customers.
  • For import items , work with US/ China team closely to monitor physical status and offer related CI/PL for shipping . Close sales order timely once Bill of Loading done .
  • Sample order ship control .
  • Issue invoice and post to customer side regularly.
  • Inventory reviewReview related inventory report and monitor slob consumption .
  • Sales data support for sales teamCollect sales data and work closely with sales to achieve monthly sales goal.
  • Resolve customer claimsKey customer claim into discovery system within 2 working hours, and arrange exchange per related leaders approval.Follow up open claims until case closed.

  1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
  2. Required:
  • Diploma from 2 year college or Bachelor degree, major in business or chemistry are preferred
  1. Preferred: Chemical industry or business major are preferred.

  1. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
  2. Required:
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with external and internal relevant department.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  1. Preferred:
  • have experience in a customer service or help desk capacity preferred. Experience with international trading/ supply chain role will be a plus.

  1. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  2. Required:
  • Fluent in oral and written English, and skillful in MS office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
