Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, channel partners, and team members via phone, email, and meetings. Provide proactive communication on changes or delays and offer alternate solutions.
  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations, orders, product availability, pricing, delivery, billing, returns/replacements, and other documentation.
  • Drive the Order to Cash process, including order creation, status updates, purchase order processing, payment handling, and shipping coordination.
  • Collaborate across borders and time zones with various global internal and external customers.
  • Additional tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.

Required and/or Preferred Qualifications from you:

  • Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Life Science or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, E1 (Oracle), and MS Office preferred.
  • Knowledge of international trading.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese are a plus.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
