We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting Mandarin-speaking customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Able to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be willing to work on-site at G Tower, Kuala Lumpur (near Ampang Park LRT Station).
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document and track interactions using internal systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve issues.
