Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting Mandarin-speaking customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Able to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at G Tower, Kuala Lumpur (near Ampang Park LRT Station).

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve issues.
