Salary Package: from RM4,000 to RM4,500 (Include Language Allowance)
Working Hours: Rotational Shift 24/7 (5days, 2 OFF)
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Education level : SPM and above
- Able to work in 24*7 Shift rotational basis
- Candidate must have hotel experience preferred front office or reservation exp in hotel industry
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with reservations, amendments, cancellations, and refund requests.
- Provide information on room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive booking experience.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company service standards.
