Customer Service Senior Executive (External Contract)

BMW Parts Distribution Centre, Senai, Johor, Malaysia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Senior Executive on an External Contract basis to manage and support customer service operations for our Parts Distribution Centre within the Asia Pacific markets. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth supply chain processes, order management, and dealer support, acting as a central point of contact for our markets.

What awaits you

• Support and steer markets to ensure seamless supply chain and customer service processes.
• Responsible for the Parts Support Centre dealer support function and order fulfilment.
• Act as the point of contact for all markets inquiries and serve as BMW Internal Export for the Parts Support Centre.
• Collaborate closely with PDC inter-departments and external service providers to meet market requirements and expectations.
• Provide training and steering to external service providers to enhance performance.
• Drive enhanced collaboration within markets and the PDC in all logistics-related topics.
• Ensure highest customer satisfaction by managing market requirements effectively.

What should you bring along

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and customer service roles.
• Good knowledge of logistics business and supply chain management principles.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and external partners.
