Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information on our services, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in express/logistics industry
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
