Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support via email channel.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's platform assigned product line
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints with timely follow-ups within SLA.
  • Understand customer needs and relay valuable feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive to client needs.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Finance or Technology-related industry will be a plus
  • Prior trading (crypto or traditional) experience is preferred.
  • Willing to work 5-day shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
