Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Bi-lingual - English & Mandarin)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (On-site)
We are currently partnering with a fast-paced customer engagement center supporting global brands. As part of their expanding service team, they are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialist to deliver high-quality service and support for Mandarin speaking customers across multiple channels.
Role
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints while maintaining service excellence. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals entering the customer service field.
