Responsible for tracking parcels to customers and conducting communication with customers and related departments in the communication channels specified by the company
To provide information, advice and basic troubleshooting in the case of delayed or lost deliveries
Record data and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports. Both in the part of the parcel that has delivery problems, residual or other related problems.
Problem analysis and performance
To present solutions to problems in delivery to be more efficient and effective.
Study and follow up on new knowledge-related technologies. to be applied in effective management
Work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor
Working Days: 6 Days / Week
Working Location: Senai, Johor

Diploma or Degree majoring in Logistics management, transportation, supply chain management are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills, and able to deal with immediate problem.
