We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) to join our team in Johor.

Key Responsibilities|主要职责

• Provide customer support via Live Chat, Inbound Calls and Email

• 通过在线聊天、来电及邮件为客户提供专业的客户服务

• Understand customer enquiries and provide accurate and appropriate solutions

• 准确了解客户需求,并提供合适的解决方案

• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience

• 专业地处理客户问题,确保良好的客户体验

• Follow operational procedures and service standards

• 遵循相关工作流程及服务标准

Requirements|职位要求

• Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written

• 中文听说读写能力良好

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• 具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力

• Comfortable handling customer enquiries across different channels

• 能够通过不同客服渠道处理客户咨询

• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends based on schedule

• 愿意配合轮班及周末排班

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• 有客服相关经验者优先

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Working Arrangement|工作安排

• 5 working days per week

• Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 9.5 hours per day, including 1-hour lunch and 30-minute break

• Salary: Up to RM4,000/month

• Training provided
