Summary
The role is responsible for processing sales orders and delivery transactions received by LRD Malaysia, coordinating timely delivery processing, responding to stock enquiries, and supporting the Manager in ensuring on-time customer deliveries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The position is expected to perform all duties in accordance with Belimo's Mission and Values, the Employee Handbook, company policies, and all applicable labour, safety, and quality regulations.
What You'll Do
- Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams across LRD locations, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, the USA, and Switzerland, to support timely packaging and shipment of orders.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers to resolve order-related enquires and issues.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate documentation for customer orders and shipments.
- Manage delivery processing activities, including preparation and verification of shipping documents, customs documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant domestic and international deliveries.
- Analyse and report sales order data to help monitor delivery performance and support on-time delivery.
- Support forecasting and management of order book conversation to improve planning and customer fulfilment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Who You Are
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, logistics and related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales order fulfilment, logistics, customer service, or a related filed, preferably with a sizeable manufacturing organization.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams while managing multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy.
- Experience in delivery processing, shipping documentation, customs compliance, and import/export operations. Knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics is an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solver who can quickly resolve order fulfilment, delivery, and inventory-related issues.
- Confident using SAP or other enterprise management tools to track orders, shipments, and payment-related information.
- Able to analyse sales order and delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Customer-focused, professional, and able to handle enquiries and complaints with a positive, service-minded approach.
