Job Description

Job Responsibility

Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car
Manage and oversee the dealerships workflow and schedule
Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Job Requirements

Minimum education: SPM and above
1-3 years experience in sales/automotive workshop/service center (preferably)
Required skills: Customer Service, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Vehicle Mechanical Knowledge
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and common repairs
Basic understanding of warranty claims processes
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
Experience handling customer complaints professionally
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
Presentable appearance
Valid driving license
