Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Taiwanese and Traditional Chinese to provide real-time support via calls and livechat, serving customers in the Taiwan market. This is a remote work-from-home position with a shift-based schedule, and may require duty on weekend or public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via calls and livechat to clients in the Taiwan market
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints in Traditional Chinese with professionalism
- Escalate and report customer feedback to the team
- Assist in improving customer experience and support processes
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Taiwanese speaking and Traditional Chinese writing, with familiarity in Taiwan market
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including public holidays
- Prior customer service experience or exposure to the Taiwan market is a strong advantage
- Open to Taiwanese candidates based in Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) only
