Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

Customer Production Line Support

  • Support the Customer Service Engineer at the customer production line to ensure continuous operational coverage

  • Assist in resolving customer-side issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to the Customer Service Engineer regarding issues at the customer plant

Change Implementation Support

  • Support the Customer Service Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in evaluating supplier changes

  • Assist in carrying out fitment and validation activities at the customer site

Engineering Changes & Permits

  • Support assurance that engineering changes and permits are implemented in accordance with approved procedures

  • Monitor and ensure change cut-off dates are executed correctly and effectively

Quality System Monitoring

  • Support the Customer Service Engineer in monitoring quality systems at the customer plant

  • Participate in rework and reprocessing activities when required

  • Assist in controlling non-conforming products

Process & Work Instruction Support

  • Ensure material handling and process requirements are followed at all times

  • Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of new or revised work instructions

Problem Solving

  • Participate actively in cross-functional problem-solving teams


Basic Qualifications:

  • Diploma in any Engineering discipline

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
