Salary: RM3,500 (Max) + RM300 KPI Allowance

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone promptly, while also fostering
positive relationships with clients;
Sustaining friendly interactions during inbound calls, emails, and live chats within a
dynamic contact center environment;
Assist in educating our customers about products and alternative digital banking
platforms;
Broadening the customer base through the promotion of upselling and cross-selling
banking products and services.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course;
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is a must, experience in Banking
Industry/Financial Services/Fin-Tech would be an extra advantage;
Strong command of Mandarin and English in both verbal and written
communication (COMPULSORY);
Able to commit working on rotational shift to support international market;
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
