Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily delivery and collection schedules with customers and drivers.
  • Update job status and ensure all delivery information is recorded accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Prepare transport documents, job sheets, and reports.
  • Work closely with the operation and planning teams to ensure timely job completion.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in daily operational tasks and problem solving.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication).
  • Working experience in logistics or transport operations will be an added advantage.
  • Asolute System will be an added advantage.
